Timing is everything in my line of work and last I check my line of work pretty much feeds the engines which make the world go round. Yet I refuse to comprehend what kind of idiots are running the show at some of the locations I've been unlucky enough to be posted at.

It really... REALLY sucks being on standby for days out at sea. I wouldn't have minded if I had to be on location for a month, so long as there's something to do but put me on a 14 day wait with no communication to my life on land, no proper work indication, no sign of a schedule, no valid excuses and murder starts to encompass a person's thoughts. The scheduled operation date has passed by 10 days and it gets on your last nerve when they tell you that it will be delayed again.

Can't you even plan any sort of scheduling? Or at least let us port ourselves instead of letting us run our provisions dry you inconsiderate dickwads! The only good thing about this monstrous delay is that when the end date comes I'll be able to charge all those boring lonely hours to you for quite a hefty sum.

I've ran out of patience and most importantly out of Ciggs!
