As some of you may or may not know...
sometime late last year i crashed my one and only baby..
My Civic 01' 1.7...
I barely got the car over a year and that had to happen...
after the crash the Civic couldn't be restored so he pushed it off...
(Since parts and stuff for the Honda is expensive..
and i had to rely on my own money to do some modifying and
since parents think modifying cars are a sin...
I never got to do much with it...)
2 months in and i got myself a Myvi... 1.3 EX-i
despite some critism, i never regreted the purchase...
the car looks and goes better that most would think
quality inside is also a plus..
they've taken out parts from the Vios and placed it in the car..
Engine is also torquey on low revs..
i liked it.. petrol wise it's also a good deal..
i made a decison that once the car has gone thru 3 servicing..
i will start to do up the car...
(i angered the car god for being so slow with the Civic)
so within a couple of months..
the car has undergone some subtle tranformation...
i started with a CAI and progressed with some fuel saving devices..
They worked perfectly... giving me more milage despite the heavier air dosage..
then i went to work on the exterior, with tints and splitters , exhaust and lights..
the engine bay now carries a volt. stab, iridium plugs and an oil catch tank..
on the handling side, i upgrade to sport springs and lowered the height...
The K-speed 16" with 205/45 tires also helps increase cornering stability..
there are other mods i've installed and there are more coming aswell..
since i'm not a big fan of turbos, i'll work on the power by other means..

Nah turbocharging takes a lot of maintenance in the long run..
although power may increase significantly, without proper driving or control it can a hazard..
plus it makes city driving a serious workout..
I'm increasing the power by N/A methods.. maybe not so much as a turbo but still benificial when done properly..
well it's up to anyone to decide.. i dont expect everyone to like what i do.. lets just hope your piece of ride is better..
annony is just a freaking hater. probably drives an matchbox car. i think you've balanced out the modifications for the car very nicely. maybe you can do my myvi like yours aswell.

whatever he is driving, it could better but could be worse..
if it's better, then him telling me my car sucks is stupid cos obviously he has no life checking peoples blog and not driving around in his "Ferrari"..
if it's worse of than mine, then he's pitiful and just unhappy his mommy got him a matchbox...
and 2nd, there's no point of doing your car when your going to upgrade to another one soon..

If you want to insult someone, or his ride, have the balls to use a name where you can be traced. Otherwise come and see me, and bring whatever piece of shit you have, 2 wheels or 4. I'll run your ass into the ground so hard JKR will paint white lines on it.
RVL...good to hear your balancing power against what works. Seen too many cars go just for power, or looks, without considering handling or safety. Good to see you've installed a catch tank. Shows forward thinking on your part, and sparing everyone else driving through your oil should, god forbid, something blow up. Come see me one of these days and we'll swap speed stories.
